The Master Bedroom

The Green Farm overlooks the ancient stocks and the village green and the house itself dates back to the 17th century. The accommodation is suitable for sleeping from two to six people in considerable comfort.

Quality furniture and fittings are provided throughout and the property is permanently maintained to a high standard with all towels and linen supplied. A complementary cleaning service is provided for longer stays.

All living rooms have either the original flag-stone floors or polished oak or elm boarding with numerous rugs provided for floor coverings. The kitchen and downstairs toilet have quarry tiles.

There are two log fires in the sitting room and the whole house is heated by night storage. Wi-fi Broadband, Digital Television, DVD and a Radio are also provided.

The overall quality of the property is such that we consider it unsuitable for pets.

Ground Floor

The Sitting Room has a heavy oak beamed ceiling with two open fireplaces and looks out onto the stocks and the village green.

Dining Room seating six people in comfort with French doors leading to the courtyard with its original water pump and well (which has a child proof cover). The courtyard is illuminated at night and there is a small walled garden beyond.

Back Hall with second staircase and doorway to rear courtyard. Downstairs toilet with hand-basin, vanity unit, mirror and wall heater.

Large Kitchen with beamed ceiling and a stable door leading to the courtyard. Electric oven, microwave, food processor, hob with extractor unit and light, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and upright freezer. Numerous utensils and accessories are all provided.

There is a single garage at the rear of the property with a doorway leading through to the kitchen and the garden. The enclosed walled garden area has garden furniture and a barbecue.

First Floor

Spacious Landing. Walk-in airing cupboard with ample shelving and hanging space. Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Master Bedroom overlooking the village green. Oak beamed ceiling, open fireplace, rugs, oak panelled four-poster bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with adjustable mirror.

En Suit Bathroom with toilet, wash hand-basin, vanity unit and bath with shower. Wall heater and heated towel rail. Electric shaver point and mirror.

Second Bedroom also overlooking the village green. Oak beamed ceiling, two oak panelled single beds, small wardrobe and chest of drawers with adjustable mirror.

Third Bedroom at the rear of the property overlooking the courtyard and the garden. Again with beamed ceiling, an open fireplace, rugs, two single beds, wardrobe with full length mirror and a chest of drawers.
